SHRED-it is a 6-week program designed to bring women together, having the same unified fitness goal - to lose 10-15lbs extra weight. The workout aims to boost faster metabolism and get the muscles toned down to improve muscle strength as oppose to muscle size. PLUS some helpful, practical tips and guidance on basic nutrition.
