Fitness Team Training is another way of engaging employees to physical fitness and experience a shared benefits towards social health thrives. Group sessions are set challenges like outdoor/indoor bootcamp, circuit training, where participants will work towards a common goal. This strengthens a sense of belonging while working up on a sweat but also putting the FUN element into the exercises.
DIFFERENT TYPES OF TRAINING

TOTAL BODY RESET
HIIT / Bootcamp Drills / Circuit Training / Group Core Training
These customized training programs are mostly done with resistance exercises from using less weights to using their own body weight with a frequent amount of repetitions. Each exercise is followed by another muscle group exercise, to another. Breaks will depend on the fitness level of the whole group, making sure they are safe and at the same time having FUN. This program will help improve their cardiovascular strength.

TAI CHI FLOW
Tai Chi Flow is a low-impact, slow exercise that includes a state of FLOW, creating a calm feeling, using a soft inspiring music. The movements will be choreographed to the fundamentals of Tai Chi. It is a perfect activity for everyone to enjoy. If practiced consistently, this will help improve functional strength, flexibility and balance. The program can be set up in a community centre or recreational centre or a nearby community park.
